I had an incredible stay at a lodge just outside of the city. The beautiful scenery and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, even going out of their way to upgrade my room for free. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay. Additionally, the location was ideal, as it was en route to popular national parks and only a short distance from the city center.
Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for me, not too close to the city center, but easily accessible from the airport. The pickup and dropoff service was seamless and the communication with the hotel was excellent. I also enjoyed the secluded location, allowing me to relax and unwind.
I experienced some unprofessional behavior from a staff member who accessed my contact information and contacted me for personal reasons after my stay ended. As a solo female traveler, this made me uncomfortable and hesitant to recommend this hotel to other solo female travelers.

Spent a Christmas in Arusha and stayed in a hotel that wasn't up to my expectations. One good thing was that it was located near the city center which made it easy to access different places. Another advantage was that the rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
The hotel had poor customer service which really disappointed me. the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional.
